How many or you old timers remember the VTVM? The Heath VTVM was in everyone's shack. This one has been in mine since... well, since I was knee high to a grasshopper as they say. Anyway, here's a chance to remember and renew your acquaintance with an old friend.This one has a cracked meter face and has a soldering iron burn in the handle. It has also been modified to use an internal power supply for the battery, so no batteries needed. The RF probe is included.
