This is THE Standard when it comes to Signal Generators. Range is less than 500 KHz to over 512 MHz! The first picture shows the unit from the front:

This next picture shows the left side with the AM and FM modulation/deviation adjustments as well as the frequency range selector.

On ebay at the time I put this together, there was one of these with the following description: "There are some knobs, switchs, and the output are missing. NO power awitch either. NO feet on back or bottom. One of the side handle is cracked... It will not power up." -- And they are still asking $120 in a buy it now! Working models go for $600 and up. This one works, since I have used it to work on my radios. But it is more than I need (by a lot!) So, you can have it, cheap. Shipping will probably be $60-70 since it is very heavy! Local pick up would be best.

Note: To keep anyone looking for a perfect test instrument from being disappointed, I must add information about it's problems. As it warms up, it drifts in frequency (this is to be expected), and it's appearance is a little rough on the sides. It is clean and works, but it doesn't look like a new machine!
